This policy explains how Sentosa Swimming, operated by Swim2u Swim School (Swim2u Pte. Ltd.), handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, mobile number, email address, the swimmer's age and experience, your preferred location and schedule, and your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we hold the details you share in that conversation.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, match a coach, arrange lessons and manage payments and scheduling. We do not sell personal data and do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who sees it

The Swim2u team handling enquiries and the coach assigned to your lessons. Data may be stored by service providers we use for email, messaging and website hosting, who act on our instructions.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. This collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited and device type. You can opt out with a browser extension or by disabling cookies.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to arrange and deliver lessons and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@swim2u.sg. We respond within the timeframes required by the PDPA.
