Cape Royale is the largest and tallest development in Sentosa Cove, with 302 units across eight towers on Cove Way. Its published facilities include a 50-metre infinity pool and several smaller pools, which gives coaches a rare amount of room to run private swimming lessons for every age and ability on site.

About the pools at Cape Royale
The 50-metre pool suits adults and older children training strokes and stamina. The wading pool and the shallow sections of the leisure pools are used for babies, toddlers and beginners. Having more than one pool means a child's lesson is not interrupted by adults doing laps, and a nervous beginner can learn away from deeper water.
Pool details are as published by the development and may change. We do not have standing access to Cape Royale; lessons depend on your access as a resident, the condominium's rules and coach availability.

Kids swimming lessons at Cape Royale
Children at Cape Royale progress from the wading pool to the main pool as their confidence grows. Because the long pool allows uninterrupted lengths, school-age children can build the stamina and technique needed for school swimming galas or SwimSafer assessments. Siblings often share a slot.
Adult swimming lessons at Cape Royale
Adults use the 50-metre pool for exactly what it is designed for. Lessons cover learning to swim, correcting breathing and body position in freestyle, and structured sets for fitness or triathlon preparation. Beginners start in the shallower pools until they can float and swim short distances.

How lessons at Cape Royale work
Access and pool rules
Cape Royale residents register the coach as a guest through the condominium's visitor procedure, and the coach follows the pool rules and hours set by the management. Please check whether the estate has any policy on external coaching before the first lesson. We do not hold access to Cape Royale ourselves.
Coach matching
Tell us the swimmer's age, experience and your preferred days. We match a coach whose experience fits, for example a coach used to toddlers, a female coach for ladies' lessons, or a coach experienced with autism. Weather
The pools are open to the sky. When lightning risk is signalled, everyone leaves the water and the lesson pauses; if it does not clear within a reasonable time the session is rescheduled. Morning slots reduce the chance of afternoon storm interruptions.

Is the 50-metre pool at Cape Royale too big for young children?
Young children do not start there. They learn in the wading pool and shallow areas, and move to the main pool only when they can float and push off unaided, with the coach alongside.
Can my helper bring my child to the lesson?
Yes, provided the helper is authorised to use the pool with the child under the condominium's rules. For babies and toddlers, an adult goes in the water with the child, so please confirm who that will be.
Do you offer group lessons for neighbours at Cape Royale?
Small groups of up to four children of similar age and ability can share a lesson. Larger classes are not run at residential pools.
