Terms of Service
These terms apply to swimming lessons booked through Sentosa Swimming, operated by Swim2u Swim School (Swim2u Pte. Ltd.). Specific rates, block sizes and notice periods are confirmed in writing before your first lesson and form part of these terms.
Bookings
Lessons are confirmed once you accept the written quote and the first payment is received. Regular weekly slots are held for you while lessons continue.
Payments
Lessons may be paid per lesson or in blocks as set out in your quote. Block payments are made in advance.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Lessons cancelled by you with the notice period stated in your quote are rescheduled. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged. Lessons cancelled by the coach, or for weather or lightning risk, are always rescheduled at no charge.
Condominium and pool access
You are responsible for providing access to the pool as a resident or authorised guest of the development, and for confirming that your condominium permits external instructors. Coaches follow the pool rules of the development. If access is refused on the day, the lesson may be charged unless rescheduled with notice.
Safety and supervision
A parent or responsible adult must be present at every lesson for swimmers under 18, and in the water for babies and toddlers. You must tell us about any medical condition, disability or injury relevant to swimming before the first lesson. Residential pools generally have no lifeguard; the coach supervises the swimmer during the lesson only.
Liability
We take reasonable care in every lesson. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
Photography
No photographs or videos of students are taken or published without written permission.
